Made with Fimo clay and
fired in the oven, my jewelry tries to recapture the spirit of my
paintings.
I play with the clay till I get the color scheme that I want. I place
the colors on the clay as I would use the paint on a canvas Then I cook
the piece and paint on it with acrylics.
The clay pieces have all kind of themes ranging from birds to fish and
women and cat theme I enjoy experimenting with a different medium..When
the pieces are too big to be hanging around the neck, I frame them by
using colorful and eclectic frames with hand painted, acid free paper
as a background The prices range from $50 to $125 |
